Product Manager


iSoftBet is looking for a Product Manager to join the Back-Office and backend marketing tools teams. In this role, you will take ownership of a few products and manage their entire life-cycle including: research, requirements gathering, writing specs, maintain backlog, define priorities & launch.
Required qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in the Gaming and/or Gambling industry
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner / Systems Analyst / Relevant Experience
  • Experience working with Gaming Back Offices and/or Gaming CRM/CMS systems
  • Experience with Gambling Bonus systems
  • Ability to work in tight schedule projects and a dynamic environment
  • B2B Experience – an advantage
  • Experience working with offshore teams – an advantage
  • Experience working with JIRA – an advantage
  • Technical background/knowledge – an advantage


  • Collaborative across the organization, working across teams with Sales, Account Management, Support, Technology & Management
  • Understand the market trends and conduct competitor analysis regularly
  • Gather requirements from both internal and external customers and have the ability to differentiate between critical bugs/blockers and Nice-To-Have improvements/Features
  • Write clear and impactful product specification documents
  • Conduct product meetings and demonstrate good presentation and speaking skills
  • Function as the bridge between Development, QA & Project Management
  • Lead the entire product life-cycle, including: planning, grooming, support, product approval, launch and customer training
  • Act as a focal-point within the company for any inquiries or training about your products
  • Always strive for excellence and innovation, while maintaining a backlog of features to support it
