- Develop and maintain user guides, manuals, rules and other content for iSoftBet products (games or other software applications);
- Gather information directly from developers or from existing material and documentation;
- Assist developers with creating and updating API specifications;
- Format documents using company specific styles;
- Review and proofread material written by other team members.
Desired skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
- Basic knowledge of HTML;
- Knowledge of GIT and/or SVN;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Excellent command of the English language (writing, reading and speaking);
- Ability to understand technical concepts or processes and convey that information in a clear and concise manner (mainly in writing);
- Any experience with WordPress is a big plus;
- Any experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro is a plus;
- Driven to constantly learn and improve.
